TRAVELPERK

At HV, we use Travelperk for Business Travel Bookings.

We have the special “FlexiPerk” option. This is the fee shown to you at the end of the booking process. It includes access to all hotel rates we’ve negotiated as well as improved cancellation conditions.

You can cancel any flight, hotel, car, or train booking and will receive at least 80% of your money back. Depending on the type of booking, please make sure to cancel within the following timeframes:

  • Flights and trains: at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time

  • Cars: at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time

  • Stays (hotels): before 4:00 p.m. on the day of check-in

Even if a booking is marked as non-refundable, thanks to FlexiPerk TravelPerk will still reimburse at least 80% in case of cancellation.
