COMPLIANCE ONBOARDING
All permanent employees who joined on or after January 1, 2025, are required to request a "Einfaches Führungszeugnis" (=Simple Police Clearance Certificate) and upload it to Personio under Documents → Führungszeugnis.

IMPORTANT
The certificate must not be older than three months at the time of submission.
HV will reimburse the costs for obtaining the certificate.
